How long will it take to get my order?
The estimated turn around time for orders is displayed at the top of each page on the website. We try to keep a stock of most things to keep wait times down, however during sale periods, or when ordering personalised items, this may be longer. The turn around time indicates how long between ordering and dispatch.
Once dispatched your wait time will depend on where in the world you are. UK orders should be with you in 2-3 days. Orders outside of the UK usually take 7-10 days, often a little longer for Canada and Australia.
Can I change or combine my order?
To keep everything running smoothly and orders going out on time, we can not usually combine orders.
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. In order to comply with Paypal's seller protection guidelines, your order will be shipped to the address given.
If there are any issues, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help where we can.
What about cancellations and refunds?
Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not been shipped. Please contact us with your order number.
Once shipped, if you wish to return for a refund you can do. The items will need to be returned as new, in resaleable condition. Return postage will not be refunded unless items are faulty. Please contact us to arrange a return. We recommend that you use a trackable service, and orders from outside of the UK will need to be clearly marked as a return on any customs forms.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items are not eligable for refunds unless a mistake has been made on our part. Cancellations will only be accepted where work has not started on your order.
I think my order is lost!
We follow the Royal Mail guidelines when determining when a parcel should be considered lost. For orders going to a UK address this is 10 working days after it was due to arrive (so roughly 13 working day). For orders within Europe this is 20 working days after it was due to arrive and for all other areas of the world 25 working days. If you're worried your order might be lost please contact us.
